trip.comdan rezervasyon yaptım. Otele gittim fakat rezervasyondan haberleri yoktu. Otel fotoğrafları gerçek değil. Kahvaltı da yok.

Cet hôtel est à fuir. Expérience cauchemardesque. Ils sont incapables de vérifier une réservation. Obligée de les rappeler deux fois pour m’entendre dire que je ne peux pas venir car ma réservation est de date dépassée 😏. Ils sont incapables de vérifier correctement. On me propose une chambre dont les draps ne sont pas changés les sanitaires souillés (urine et poils et cheveux en prime) douche et miroir sales et mobilier vétuste. Je redescends à la réception le messieur fait l’étonné et me propose de le faire accompagner dans une seconde chambre qui se trouve dans un pire état. Je leur demande le remboursement qu’ils refusent bien sûr. Heureusement mon chauffeur a senti l’arnaque et m’a récupéré à 21h et quitte pour rechercher un autre hôtel énervée et épuisée. Grosse arnaque.

Hotel what mention in booking sites not real not internet available, very dirty room , hot water not available include old bed and TV not working, location very far from facilities restaurant and shops advise people not use cost very high shoul be less
