During our stay at the RAIS Hotel from 1 to 19 March 2023, my wife and I were welcomed as VIPs. Thanks to the people of the host, Thanks to the people in the restaurant. Thanks to the people in the rooms. Thanks to their gentleness, thanks to their smile thanks to their availability. The ruler was in the small care for us, thank you a thousand times. The hotel manager came to take our news personally. The hotel staff are flexing in four to serve us. Exemplary purity. The bungalows are located in the middle of a park. Here wears the birds and turtles every morning. We believed in the garden of trials where the seal park was gathered. To recharge the batteries there is not better. The hotel is good and the service is excellent.. the morning breakfast is varied.. the reception and treatment are very good and the workers are respectful.. but the location of the hotel makes it difficult to reach it from the city center of Algiers and the fault is not in the hotel but in the traffic lights in Algeria that make you lose the destination instead of guiding you.. Note Another is the lack of a private car park in the hotel where you park your car on the road..and this is not considered a big problem because the hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and the place is quiet and safe..

We looked for a hotel to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day and this came up as very close to the airport with an extra bonus of free shuttle service from and to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, the staff again were very polite and were kind to accommodate for my baby who has a dairy allergy. The food was nice. Continental breakfast was good with the option of ordering hot food. The shuttle service was efficient (runs every hour). Overall it was an excellent experience. Many Thanks to all the team at Best Night 2 and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. The hotel is clean and the hotel is well placed, the parking in the street is monitored. However, there are still things to look again, such as the wheel in the entire shower, the broken bed head ... When breakfast is varied , correct and included for all in the price

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

I had an excellent stay and I would like to thank you for everything: the warm welcome, the kindness, the attentions, the advice, the cleanliness of the lodgings, their really complete equipment, among others, and also I would like to emphasize the sympathy of each of Mr. Abdennour, Mme kafila They were very sincere, helpful and kind... The catering service was also excellent and presented a very varied choice (the food was of a very good standard and the buffet was impeccable)...

Must begin thanking the front office staff for being helpful and concerned, to accommodate us at absolute short notice. Being ejected out of Mercure, despite having a confirmed reservation, we were desperate for a hotel to sleep over. Jardy popped up on bookings.com. The hotel staff had not received the bookings online confirmation, but the front office went out of the way to provide us rooms for the night. On entering the room, you realise it gets over before it starts. Very minimalisitc features and amenities. Not sure, who decides on the star ratings (Jardy has a 4-star rating!!!). a poor wifi connection. Very ordinary and inadequate lighting in the room. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel does not have a bar. The one restaurant in the hotel serves some food and also is the breakfast place. The comforter is kept folded in the cupboard. Dont be surprised not finding one on the bed. The rooms have split AC units and the unit in my room was not functional. Luckily the weather was nippy and i did not have a need for the AC.The hotel itself is located in a busy suburb, sorrounded by car mechanic shops. they do have a shuttle to and from the airport. It is also located not very far from the airport. The breakfast spread was ordinary, but decent. . i would not want to stay at the Jardy for comfort or ambience. Did see a lot of arab families staying there. i suppose the absence of liquor makes Jardy their prefered choice.

Once again ! A great stay at this hotel with nice team and delicious international and traditional dishes. I would like to thank Mr foudel for his great service, And if you visit this hotel dnt miss the opportunity to have a great moment at Elbeida restaurant, Mr Rachid and his very welcoming face will take a good care of you, with a very friendly and professional team .. Of course will stay again at this wonderful hotel !
