Hello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. Beautiful hotel located in the centre of the city just a few steps from the sacred heart in a very beautiful quiet and secure street very professional and warm personal home especially the gentleman at the reception that allowed us to depart late Petit single lunch relatively varied and very good

Most of the time there's no staff in the reception, Buffet breakfast is very modest, there's no Visa account, there's no Master Cart. Most of the services I've been in the hotel description were not available.

Wow! Lamaraz is a modern hotel, near the historic center, with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, great service (especially the front desk and the restaurant), excellent dining, super fast laundry service (performed onsite) and excellent value. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, yes! Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely, Yes!

I had an excellent stay and I would like to thank you for everything: the warm welcome, the kindness, the attentions, the advice, the cleanliness of the lodgings, their really complete equipment, among others, and also I would like to emphasize the sympathy of each of Mr. Abdennour, Mme kafila They were very sincere, helpful and kind... The catering service was also excellent and presented a very varied choice (the food was of a very good standard and the buffet was impeccable)...

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!
