My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.

I visited this hotel twice. The first one was in September 2020 and I had a very good impression. The service was excellent, room and swimming pool were all very good. For this reason, I went back again after one year. However, the service is not the same anymore. The room has not been cleaned properly (some Hair behind the bed), the Lunch menu is so poor and no variety provided. The food was not as expected at all (quality vs price) and there’s no menu provided for clients to check and be able to choose whatever they like. When we arrived, the TV was not working and when we requested to be fixed the technician only came when we made another reminder after almost 2h. Also, for the swimming pool there was no towels and we were not even informed that we should book as early as possible (Fortunately we came before and we know). The hotel is well designed and it’s a waste if the service is poor and clients are not having their best impression every time they visit.
