The maid just opened my door and was rudely knocking repeatedly after I politely told her I’d be out in 5 mins. Used to be my favorite spot but never going to be attending again

Very nice lobby and helpful staff. There was a bidet! It was a delightful experience after a few tries!! They have a breakfast room with hardboiled eggs, toast, dry cereal, packaged Danish, juice & coffee. The room was clean, although the towels are stained. Right next to Costco. Some questionable activity in the parking lot. Would stay again!

service needs work, room look at pictures location not safe, over all the whole day was bad , took pictures of the room. if you have a bad back you will wake up hurting really bad in the morning. see pic

Front desk person was very rude and unprofessional. I just asked a simple question and had to repeat it as I didn't understand his answer. In return, he yelled, "I told already". Excuse me, that attitude may or may not work in a swap meet market, but this guy needs some training and a reminder that he works in a hospitality environment. Speaking broken English is not a problem, but having a bad temper when a hotel guest needs some info (can't imagine what kind of response if I needed some assistance) and asks him politely, his attitude is uncalled for. If he's the hotel owner or owner's representative, it explains why the hotel is empty.
