Facilities are satisfactory some whay from Contantaine centre but front desk staff are not to be believed. They say yes to laundty service and take the dirty laundry and do nothing with it . Later on quesioning they say nothing. at 20.00 thery say oh we could not do it. very poor

Les receptionists male élevé J’ai juste demandé les tariffs des boissons alcoholic et c’est la catastrophe C’est comme j’ai commis un péché La réponse elle est stricte et sévère et brusque Non on sert pas ce genre de chose ! I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. The hotel has great facilities, ideal for families. The location of the hotel is near the major attractions and shopping options available in the city. Overall, I was extremely pleased and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Constantine.

Hôtel très propre et personnel à l’écoute et aimable chambre très propre et bt eau à disposition chaque jour à la réception ils sont très poli et serviable et toujours à rendre service seul bémol le petit déjeuner pas le choix pas de pain ni œufs à disposition et aucun menbres du personnel pour vous demander autres choses à revoir renseigner ou à qui vous pouvait demander autres choses à revoir
