Hotel location is good just 900m away from alibaug beach, even though the hotel is close to the alibaug beach we suggest to visit beach in vehicle as after playing on beach, in water and visiting kolaba fort we get tired and walking back to hotel becomes very difficult. Regarding food just 40m (infront) sanman hotel is so dinner and lunch at sanman hotel is easily taken care. Good breakfast joints are available at walkable distance or at near alibaug beach. Currently no food or breakfast is offered at chirag hotel. Hotel room was very clean towel, soap, shampoo, bucket, mag, tv is provided. Ac good and working. Daily cleaning is available but need to inform at reception. Hotel staff is good and helpful. Overall nice hotel to stay in alibaug.

Pros: near the beach. Polite staff. Answered all our questions. Cons: 1) fan gives irritating sound frequently making it difficult to sleep (room - 305. 2) sleepless nights - many stray dogs barking at night (room - 305. 3) no cupboard in the room (room - 305. 4) no chair in the room (room - 305. 5) towels were not provided.

Room was neat and clean, but little tiny. Although they say bed is sufficient for a couple and one child below 5 years, i did find it smaller for the same. No table and chair provided as mentioned in room description (standard a/c. Staff was good and cooperative. Tea was also good. It's just opposite of the famous sanman hotel, must try food their. Walking distance (10 minutes) from alibaug beach and market. If you are looking for one night stay, it's a good option. Not sure for longer stays.

It's a good hotel but no maintenance. We have booked suit room there is broken cupboard inside bathroom for hanging cloth should be in living room. Ac leakage in leaving room. There is nothing like a suit room to be called and its heaively charged. 6 k per nit i am really disappointed. For the same.

The service was great. We got early check-in upon request. However, we were given a very unclean room. The sheets were dirty. The room wasn't dusted or swept. There was no soap, just shampoo sachets. I hope they work on cleanliness a bit more. Rest all was fine. The staff was good.
