Very central location, 100m from the harbor. Beautiful beach within walking distance, close to great restaurants. The apartment is of high standards with a wonderful balcony. Owner is nice and very good service. The pool is very small, but works for afternoons after the beach. You take care of the dishes yourself, otherwise superb experience. 2 adults, 1 child.

A lovely stay in RS boutique apartaments. Muy first option next time I come back to Alicante Clean, elegant, perfect location. We ordered breakfast and It was a perfect touch to a Sunny morning at the rooftop apartment and jacuzzi with amazing views

RS Boutique Apartments is the perfect place to stay in Alicante if you are looking to be in the middle of everything and stay in style. We booked the penthouse with small pool in the terrace with view of the fortress. The view was amazing and the terrace was the perfect place to relax. The penthouse was very beautiful with lots of room. It was very modern with everything you need to have a beautiful vacation. I loved the large shower and very comfortable bed. The communication was very easy and I always received answers back fast. The location is perfect. You are a 1 minute walk to promenade, 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to all the small cute street filled with bars and restaurant. It was the perfect place for our vacation in Alicante. We will certainly be back.

The apartments are very sleek and modern and well equipped. Everything is new and clean and works well. The access via a website using electronic keys worked well although the keypads on the various doors didn't seem to work at all. Good communication before we arrived. The only downside was that there was building work going on in the actual building on the ground floor, while we were staying there. It was incredibly loud and woke us up in the mornings. I appreciate that this was probably out of the owners control, but a heads up that this was happening would have been nice.

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria.Nos alojamos en un apartamento amplio y confortable. Hemos dormido muy bien,la cama es comodísima y no sé oía ningún ruido del exterior ni de otras habitaciones.La ubicación es perfecta. La limpieza muy esmerada.Cin por cien recomendable.

We went to Alicante for a weekend and found this hidden gem which just opened! We had the privilege of staying in RS during their pre-opening. Beautifully decorated and designed, everything is luxury and brand new, spacious rooms. We booked the rooms in the rooftop with views to the castle, no words. Ideally located in the city center and next to the beach. Nice staff and management. Thanks to the whole team, will be back for sure!!
