El Hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Su ubicación privilegiada a pocos metros de la playa hizo que nuestra estancia fuera increíblemente conveniente. El personal, especialmente Mamadou, el camarero del restaurante del hotel Pocardy, fue excepcionalmente amable y siempre se esforzó por asegurar nuestra comodidad. Su calidez y hospitalidad añadieron una capa extra de disfrute a nuestras vacaciones.

Stayed here for 1 night but booked 2. Had to cancel second night due to emergency and spoke with receptionist ( nicest person in hotel so no complaints there). Having paid for 2 nights and only staying 1 and duet to unforeseen circumstances I naturally asked for a refund for non use on the 2nd night but was flatly refused I understand terms and conditions but a lack of empathy and not to refund 1 unused night which no doubt they sold on to earn extra revenue left a sour taste

Super friendly and clean stay! The hotel is in a great location, so close to a lovely clean sandy beach, Super comfy bed, fab shower and tasty food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and have booked to stay again in September, thank you muchos :)

Fantastic hotel. Should be a 4 star hotel! Breakfast is extensive and fresh. The hotel is quiet and understated but absolutely delightful. Practically on the beach front with a beautiful pool area. Tram takes you into Alicante in about 20 mins. Loved my stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location beside what is a superb beach. I would recommend spending a little extra on a panaromic room and inclusive breakfast. Very friendly and polite staff throughout the hotel from reception, bar, house keeping etc.....

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers ; eigen parking ; mooi groot zwembad Mooie ligging ; kort bij zee Heerlijk ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel Voor ons zeker een vier sterren hotel Het hotel ligt in een rustig gebied , maar er is genoeg te beleven in de omgeving We komen zeker terug

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a few days visiting family. I mainly chose it because it was close to the beach and had a car park so it was a very nice surprise to find that we loved it. Built in 1964, it is on a smaller scale than most of the surrounding buildings. It is set in pleasant grounds with a lovely pool, down a drive so it is not close to the road. Our room and bathroom were good, and we had a balcony looking onto the pool and garden. It has mostly been refurbished, and some rooms are still being worked on. The restaurant and bar area are very pleasant and the food is delicious. There are nice sofas and magazines set out in the public area. The service is excellent, and there is a new spa on site, but I did not use it. The location is good, right by the beach and with the tramline at the end of the drive so you can go into Alicante.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel de tout le personnel. Décoration très soignée. Jardins et piscine très bien entretenus ainsi que l'entièreté de l'hôtel. Chambre Panorama : époustouflante face à la mer. Lit super confortable. Restaurant et buffet du petit-déjeuner de haute tenue. Vivement notre prochain séjour !
