El hotel está situado muy cerca de una playita súper tranquila con aguas cristalinas y si te gusta la tranquilidad, este es tu sitio. Las habitaciones están totalmente equipadas y están decoradoras con un estilo moderno. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Hemos estado alojados en dos ocasiones y el año que viene repetiremos. Me gusta mucho que sea un hotel pet friendly

Very good price for a nice place with buffet breakfast included. Clean with comfortable beds. Just near the beach. The only problem was that balcony doors do not shout properly, and are not soundproof. Good connection to centre of Alicante.

Nos ha encantado. Hemos prolongado un día nuestra estancia por lo bien que hemos estado. Lo mejor,el personal de recepción,encantadores y buenísimos profesionales. Limpisimo y justo con lo necesario para una estancia agradable. No contábamos con que hubiese tantos escalones para llegar a la habitación y como somos mayores...nos ha costado acarrear las maletas. El recepcionista tan amable nos ofreció otra habitación más accesible..y muy agradecidos. Parking gratuito q es excepcional en un hotel. Volveremos!!!

The hotel breakfast is luke warm, the pool was closed, lunchtime the bar was closed as was the restaurant.. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Everyone was stalking about how bad it was. HOW can a hotel advertise, pool restaurant, cocktails and be closed.. people were leaving the hotel to walk to the local cafe... it was as if that's what the staff wanted you to do... rather than serve the customers.

Nice enough room. No extras. Expensive for what is on offer. Food is mediocre at best. We preferred to eat out in the end. A very surly bar waiter. Dining room is very basic and always VERY cold. People were taking their food back to their room to eat. The only redeeming feature is the two VERY nice girls on reception who are extremely helpful. We felt very sorry for them. They are overworked and look shattered. I doubt if they will stay for long. There is nothing nearby - no shops, bars or restaurants. Fortunately, the bus is only €1.45 to get into Alicante itself where we spent all of our time in the end. It cost us £1000 for 4 nights half board.. A total rip off. Never again.

We were eating on Christmas Day as a family, I wouldn't know how to explain the service... I had never seen anything like it before. We sat down at 2:00 p.m. and were having coffee at 7:30 p.m., the entire food service was cold, one dish to another 2 hours… HORRIBLE. We will not repeat it again. If you cannot carry services for these dates with so much volume, the ideal is not to make so many reservations. The only thing they served was bread and more bread.

Positives; very clean maids came in every day changed towels etc lovely power shower. Buffet continental breakfast.Not too far from beach regular bus service to Alicante one way or nicer beach other way €1.45 regardless on how many stops. Negatives; dining room was freezing at any time. Not much to do in immediate area so we were constantly on buses or walking. We chose half board which was a bit of a disaster most nights you chose from a menu choice being fish or meat. We did have to wait most nights as only one member of staff serving. Food was very mediocre to say the least. Mostly very salty we aren’t fussy eaters but did leave food as inedible and bland. One night we had a buffet which was better and quicker as we wanted to head out afterwards. Meal was served from 8pm which was late for us.

This is a lovely small hotel. We came for a short break. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel & room. The breakfast is a buffet style with a variety of choices. The staff are very friendly. The beach is only a short walk away. Luckily we got the weather. We would definitely visit again. 👍🏻
