The hotel building is one of the few tall buildings. The room is very clean and large. If you stay on the 24th floor, you can see the whole of Alicante and have a beautiful sea view. In the morning, the sun ☀️ climbs into the room and the air is filled with the fragrance of the blue sea. I will stay again next time live here

Nous avons SUBI UN ACTE DE VOYEURISME de la part d’un agent d’entretien de l’hôtel Nous avons eu AUCUN dédommagement de la part de l’hôtel malgré nos différents contacts établis (réception, et direction de l’hôtel) A croire que cela leur paraît normal… et de plus dans un hôtel 4 étoiles !!! On ne recommande absolument pas un hôtel qui traite si mal ses clients, A FUIR

Hotel well located but a little complicated for baggage drop-off Agreement with the SAN CRISTOBAL car park a few hundred meters away (€10.50/day) We had a room on the 13th floor with a superb sea view. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding. Bathroom a bit small. Very varied and excellent breakfast. On the other hand, a few downsides for a 4 star given the price of the rooms: - only one small bottle of water per person offered for the entire stay. One a day would have been more correct. - very poor soundproofing of the room: we could hear the neighbor taking a shower and as the room was located next to the elevator, we also had the noise of the machinery on each return trip from the cabin... fortunately less frequent the night.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on 2 May for a business trip. We checked in and were allocated room 1502. The room was large with a great view but I have to say it was very dated with no amenities and old scratchy towels. Despite this we wernt too bothered as the hotel was in a good location and we were only there for one night. We checked in around 5pm and checked out at 10am the following morning for our flight back to the UK. Once back in the UK and later on that evening my husband started to feel very itchy. Over the next few hours hundreds of bite marks started to appear on his body. We went to the chemist and he advised us that my husband had been bitten by BED BUGS! We have travelled all over the world and have never come across this situation! We immediately *****ped off all our clothes and put them on a hot wash, got in the shower and due to it being quite late had to order a bed bug killing spray from Amazon! The best day we had to do the same all over again but this time including all bed sheets and disinfect the entire bedroom, living room and brand new mattress that had only been delivered 5 days before! I have emailed the hotel but they have failed to respond! Please see pictures attached and heed my warning!

Nice hotel with a great location. Views are absolutely great, it's well worth paying some extra for the sea view! The bathroom was a bit small and dated. You have to ask for all the amenities which we found a bit inconvenient. There was a small fridge in the room.

We were very happy with this hotel which was ideally located near to all the main attractions, bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. There is a great rooftop bar with lovely views across the city. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food to choose from. Also appreciated was that breakfast was until 11am every day, as you do not always get this much flexibility in other hotels. We had a lovely corner room on the 18th floor with panoramic views. We found the hotel quite noisy at night and you could hear other guests and noise outside, but this was outweighed by all the positives. Highly recommended.
