Hotel prices in Alicante have increased a lot, and NH is already a relatively convenient hotel in the city. The service is OK, but the room facilities are a bit old. I was given a room near the island, and the noise is still a bit loud. If you use it as a transit accommodation, it is quite good. The supermarket nearby is also open on Sundays, and you can also order Chinese takeout nearby with Uber.

The service at the front desk was very poor. Check-in was very slow and after giving him my ID, he actually forgot to return it.😡. He asked me for my email address to register as their NH member without informing me. It was really inexplicable! Is this the task NH Hotel gives to every front desk? The hygiene of the room is not good, there is a lot of dust on the countertop, and the refrigerator in the room automatically starts up every 2-3 hours and makes a lot of noise. If you have certain requirements for hygiene and noise, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel.

I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes "our very last one"!! Very strange

Im always coming to this hotel, either for business or leisure. Its a bit far from downtown but plenty of space to park and god restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool just amazing like its views.

From the begining we have atention in the details. The reception people were always in good mood and willing to help. My room has a very nice space, beds are confortable, bath were clean. And we have a lot of good information of what to do and where to go from Esteban, a nice employe tht make us feel like home. Thanks.

部屋が広く清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。
立地はシティから少し遠いのかと思っていましたが、ホテルの前にバス停がある為、不便を感じませんでした。
ホテルから中心部までバスで10分程度です。
アリカンテに来たらまたNHホテルに宿泊したいと思いました。
