We spent seven nights in one of the three bedroom apartments with a balcony. Marcos met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. The whole apartment is very spacious with everything you need for a short stay. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a problem with noise from the people in the apartment above us but this was dealt with and we heard no more from them. The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, markets, the Harbour and beach. The Tram line is very close by as well. We were able to leave our luggage in MyFlats reception in Calle Bailen and they arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport from there.

Ran out of hot water very quickly and Wi-Fi was very weak for rental to 5 people.

We liked the location and there was a lot of space however the heater for the water was turned off when we arrived, the beds were hard, and it was not the cleanest. We found a kettle that still had water and mold in it and the dish-ware was a little dusty/dirty but in general it was a good experience for the price.

Just returned from a lovely 4 day break. Apartments were excellent, very spacious with everything we needed & right in the middle of Alicante City. Received a lovely welcome from the host. Recommend these to anyone looking for a short break and if we ever return to Alicante this is where we will stay.

Improve cleaning in general and, in particular: windows and oven, cushions and terrace upholstery. Put curtains or blinds on all windows. (Lack of privacy) Place a simple full-length mirror and a simple coat rack in the right place. Improve lighting in both bathrooms. Check and fix the headboards of the beds.

La vivienda no estaba limpia. Sobre todo y lo peor han sido los baños. Restos en la taza de wc, pelos por el bidé y la bañera y por el suelo… La cocina tampoco se veía limpia. No había básicos como papel higiénico ni servilletas o bolsas de basura… Solo dos pastillas de lavavajillas. De menaje si había platos, vasos etc. Sábanas y toallas sí. Una pena, porque lo más importante es la higiene de los baños y eso estaba realmente sucio.
