Excellent location, excellent staff.
Your shower rooms were not discreet when having a shower and it felt intrusive and uncomfortable when having a shower.

Boendet är inte rent och finns mycket dåligt service ( ingen handdukstork ingen rent toalett och badrums) Rummen är ohygieniska, det finns ingen ventilation, de är kvava och mörka. Vi var 12 personer på ett små rum . Det var värsta boende runt hela mitt liv .

I had booked 4 nights in this hostel a few months ago, having had some problems I wasn't able to leave for Alicante... however I immediately contacted BOOKING with whom I had made the booking who put me in contact with this hostel who, having explained the problem, sent me a message later a few days a voucher for the 4 nights to be recovered valid until December 2023! I contacted them a week ago by phone and email, sending the same voucher that they had sent me, they denied having ever issued it and that I was definitely the wrong hostel, complete with logo, dates and booking number!! I tried calling at least a dozen times but as soon as they heard my voice they hung up the phone... Denying the evidence in this way I find it deplorable behavior and places like this shouldn't work... be wary of this place!!

I booked 3 days at the hostel one hour before my flight departure and there was an issue resulting in me not being able to fly. I immediately within the hour cancelled my booking and was told I would be charged for the entire stay as their policy was you need to cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Obviously that was impossible for me so I used *********** option to ask for an acceptation. After not receiving any communication i continued to communicate with *********** to resolve this on my behalf. Now almost 2 months later I finally am told I was marked as a “no show” and because the booking was 2 months ago I had left it too late to ask the special refund request (that of which was requested one hour after my booking). I’m upset that I did everything I could to communicate with the hostel and explain my situation but the blame still landed on me as if I never bothered to show up. They did not communicate back to *********** no mayself to resolve this issue after attempting many times to contact them.Terrible customer service as I did everything I could to communicate my situation yet was still put down as a “no show” which they clearly knew I was not.

Location was great and staff was very friendly and welcoming. But the building was in bad condition (shower drains were leaking, one of the toilets out of use cause of a leak, overall space was small and walls were thin so you could easily hear noise).
