Hemos alquilado una habitación de este apartento compartiendo piso con un par de inquilinos más. Un día uno de los trabajadores apareció con un grupo de porlomenos 8 personas, para montar una cena/fiesta en el apartamento (sin Previo aviso) con la escusa de que le salía más barato. Depués de mostrarle nuestro descontento, dado que nosotras estamos pagando por este alojamiento y poder disfrutarlo a nuestrs anchas, su respuesta fue que lo sentía y que se iría en un rato ( a todo esto, se supone que a partir de las 11 no estaba permitido hacer ruido). Tubieron el salón ocupado, y tubimos que cenar en la cocina (donde no hay mesa), sentadas en una silla. Es una tomadura de pelo, para nada recomendable!

Very central location at the Mercado Central tram stop, easy to reach everything on foot. Very convenient to travel by tram to north (Benidorm, Vila Jojosa, Altea, Calpe, Denia). Right next to the Market Hall, at the end of the Rambla, and the walkway up to the castle. The railway station is 10-12 mins away. Airport bus stop (and many others) are in 50-100m. You reach the esplanade and harbour in 8 mins, Postiget beach in 11 mins. Although it is in the very center it is located in a silent small street just behind the main street. The apartment has 3 rooms, common kitchen, bathroom and a huge living room. Friendly service. Kitchen is well equipped (with washing machine also). (I missed only a water boiler. ) My room was small but enough for 5 nights stay. The bathroom shared between only 2 rooms. It is pretty tiny, and has no any hangers, problematic to store your clothes, towel, night wear. ( Could not find hair drier either, should have asked for, I am sure I would have got one, as the personnel was very nice and helpful, and easily reachable.) I had a comfortable stay and coming again.
