Drove from SA to visit family and I checked in at this horrific place of an establishment. First off, with the associates (man with glasses and beard) at the front desk we’re not welcoming, in fact they were quite creepy!!! I caught them by my window smoking being extra observant. Once I checked in the room the musty smell hit me so hard… I left right back to SA. 1/2 star is what this place really deserves.

The room was dirty & there was no staff to bring or clean items. The front desk attendant was doing everything they could but the facilities were just dirty. The room we had was damaged everywhere, doors furniture and dark stains on the walls and carpets.
I had family staying in the holiday in next door and it was SO MUCH BETTER than the Hampton Inn.
I really want my pet fee back since we left the room cleaner when we found it.
