Pretty decent overall. The first room was on the ground floor and with a horribly depressing view of the multistory carpark just a couple of metres away, so I requested to move and was assigned a much better room on the first floor, which I appreciate. The staff were good. Check out the cafe Page 27 for breakfast/coffee/lunch around the corner, it’s fantastic.

Great stay. Great location. Great to have Bella restaurant (best pizza). Very friendly help. Perhaps old facilities in regards to wifi and TV. But a great simple place to stay.

Staff were to strict saying people had to wear shoes at all times not a friendly place to be in, my kids were not comfortable being around some staff members in that hotel, I’m an aboriginal and we expect to be treated fairly

Room & bathroom never cleaned or vacuumed nor sheets changed in the 6 days we were there. Just restocked coffee pods but had to ask for machine to be emptied as it was full. No connection to reception via phone Could not get cold water, only hot. Noisy Could NOT recommend.

Tired hotel. No receptionist on arrival and had to wait approximately 15 minutes with no apology when they finally arrived.
Lift wasn’t working so had to carry cases up stairs
No running cold water. Shower dangerously hot when only using cold water
Room wasn’t cleaned and no help could be given to rectify this
When booking this room it should be stipulated that some guests are paid for by the government. It was not a nice environment to be in and noisy at night with persons shouting

Hotel is okay. Security is fine and it’s close to town so convenient for dinner options and the bakery in the morning. Rooms themselves a bit tired and old eg. stains in the shower recess. Some rooms look straight out into a brick wall. Others look internally so no privacy if you want to see out. My travel companions burned self on a very hot globe in the bedside light, which was not ideal.

Im schäbigen Badezimmer waren am Abend riesige Australische Kakerlaken!!!!! Es war super ekelhaft! Es riecht auch gut sehr unangenehm im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel! Ich kenne diesen Geruch nicht, denk aber es könnte von dem Bekämpfungsmittel kommen. Bitte unbedingt dieses Hotel meiden!!!!!!

Stayed here on the way to and from a Red Centre tour. The hotel is spotlessly clean with air conditioned rooms. The location is ideal, right next to the town centre, but the evenings and nights were quiet and relaxing. The pool is mostly undercover so you can enjoy a swim out of the sun.
