Great customer service! Went to the terrace restaurant for dinner but brought my laptop to work while waiting for the food to be served. Unfortunately the WiFi does not reach there. One of the waiters offered me a hot spot from his phone for the duration of the dinner out of his own initiative! It was highly appreciated! The food was delicious too, by the way.

This is not star hotel at all, you may call it a lodge, they have maintained or renovated the lobby to fool everyone, you’ll get into the elevator and you’ll realise that you have been fooled, rooms are pathetic, and for the price they are charging they should be ashamed, bathroom doors don’t lock, no windows in room, no light backups, height was at the breakfast when they said there is no buffet and provided small In shot don’t try this hotel

The staff was good. I can not say same for the food. Had dinner. It was just ***ageable. I would say a bit overpriced. But looking at other options in the city, one may go once in a while. Ambience is ok. Games for kids as well.
