-4 night stay with breakfast. Warm welcome at reception. Room (n 58) clean comfortable with a very beautiful view of the beach and the swimming pool. Breakfast OK except the orange juice (horrible). Outdoor area: swimming pool (green liner edge) and deck chairs (stained deck chair cushions). Loan of bath towels for the pool at reception. Spacious breakfast room, view of the beach. (cobwebs on the ceiling and the floor not very clean) in short, It is a beautiful establishment but cleaning needs to be improved in the exterior areas (swimming pool, terraces, deck chairs and restaurant room, and above all, replace the orange juice with real orange juice.

Very beautiful sea view, beach at the foot of the hotel! Very nice terrace to have a drink. Pleasant sea view restaurant room. Room quite large and clean. On the other hand, bathroom is almost unsanitary, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, needs to be renovated. Half board to avoid! Breakfast is ok except coffee and orange juice... for the evening, buffet the first time and although there wasn't much choice, you could eat whatever you wanted. Then, given the few people in half board, you are served a set menu! Soup in which a few vegetables and pieces of fish float...then meatballs with mash...canteen of yesteryear...and a little piece of honey cake, this one was pretty good...but that's not much! Many people eat a la carte, which is probably better. Bus stop for Prakia 50 meters from the hotel, very easy, 35 minutes to go, 1€60 per ticket. Pretty little port and restaurants 10 minutes walk along the beach but difficult in the evening because there is no lighting on the path or on the road side! Staff not really welcoming... Galatis could have had 3 stars if the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was impeccable and the half board was correct. Mixed opinion therefore.

Everything was great! The room is neat, spotlessly clean, comfortable with daily room service and with a great view from our balcony. The breakfast is excellent and the sea is at your feet. The staff was very kind and the lady at the reception helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a wonderful location on the sea. Very clean. Out of respect for the customer, the pool is closed during quiet hours. Breakfast decent. Generally value for money option

It is the fourth time that I visit the island and that I choose the GALATIS HOTEL for my stay. Once again I am absolutely delighted with the services and the courtesy of the staff. The location is excellent. I recommend it

This hotel is honestly great!!! First of all I will deny all the bad comments concerning this small hotel!!!! This hotel is very clean, pleasant staff, it is a small structure on a human scale with a great location facing the sea and a stone's throw from the village center. The breakfast is ok. We strongly recommend it. Afterwards it is certain that if you want a 5 star this is not where you should stay, you have to be consistent. I say this for all the people who have criticized this hotel too harshly who don't deserve it! I will return there because I like its atypical side and I would like to point out that the swimming pool is pleasant and very clean too. So thank you for this wonderful stay

What can I see... unfortunately a lot of dirt. Ceilings with spiders, balconies with huge cockroaches. The bathroom had everything from 10-year-old salts to mold. Bad internet. Mediocre breakfast. With the only positive being the amazing view it had.

My review refers to lunch, having not stayed in this hotel. We had lunch after being on the beach in this pleasant town and bring back wonderful memories: perhaps the best fava on the island! And then an excellent grilled fish with vegetables, plentiful, very tasty and at really affordable prices! Kindness of the staff, especially with children and use of the swimming pool granted while waiting!

Absolutely avoid!! Unsanitary hotel..infested with mosquitoes. Water leak in the bathroom..mould..smell..dirty pool..dishes not really washed..dining room floor repulsive Despite our complaints nothing was done in our bathroom transformed into a pediluve.. Not even a shower mat. Forced to put towels on the floor to avoid slipping
