A perfect location for a week of taking it easy & enjoying the sun and the sea at the end of September! The rooms were cosy and clean and staff very friendly, nice breakfast & a "beach bar" for drinks & snacks or a light lunch. A small, cute pebble beach for chilling out and some nice taverns nearby for a relaxing island getaway.

Καλέσαμε να κλείσουμε ένα δωμάτιο με το voucher του κοινωνικού τουρισμού, ενώ είχαν δωμάτια μας είπαν ότι έχουν μόνο πίσω χωρίς μπαλκόνι με θέα βουνό, το οποίο ήταν αποδεκτό καθώς είναι δύσκολος μήνας ο Αύγουστος. Η χρέωση με τον κοινωνικό τουρισμό θα ήταν 1.5 ευρώ τη μέρα για 10 μερες. 30 ευρώ δηλαδή τα δύο άτομα με δύο επιταγές κοινωνικού τουρισμού. Λίγο πριν κάνουμε την κράτηση μας ζήτησαν 100 ευρώ για να την πραγματοποιήσουν από τα οποία θα μας επέστρεφαν τη διαφορά κατά την άφιξη. Όταν τους ρωτήσαμε γιατί αυτό, ενώ κανένα άλλο κατάλυμα δεν μας είχε ζητήσει κάτι τέτοιο, και τους είπαμε αν θέλουν να τους κάνουμε την κατάθεση των 30 ευρώ ( δλδ ολόκληρης της χρέωσης του δωματίου μας) , επέμεναν ότι είναι πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου. Κάτι εντελώς παράλογο, όταν ξέρεις από ξενοδοχεία και μάλιστα πολύ καλύτερα απ' το συγκεκριμένο. Μίλησα με την τουριστική αστυνομία Ρόδου, την αστυνομία Λέρου και τον ΟΑΕΔ τελικά και μου είπαν να κάνω καταγγελία στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Συγχαρητήρια που διώχνετε τον κόσμο, και συγχαρητήρια για την πολιτική σας.

Ero stato vinca 5 anni fa, speravo di ritrovare l’hotel che avevo lasciato. Purtroppo non è stato così. Una rinfrescata specialmente agli impianti idrici sarebbe da Verona. Abbastanza pulito, personale cortese. Colazione nella norma.

The only good thing about the property is the amazing view and the friendly staff at the bar.
The rest is a disaster, it is my 5th time at this hotel. But this time it is my last. It has downgraded so badly.
I had a cocroach crawling in my room ( 2nd floor) the best room they have with pananoramic view. The owner's awnser was I have insects in my house two it is normal. Insane! Not to mention that the insect was crawling next to my toddler's crib.
The air condition machine was dripping water all night all day. I told the manager after a few hours she told me we fixed it. It was amazingly fixed it was no longer dripping but rather pouring water like a river. I had to put all the towels on the floor to retain the water.
I was shocked and dissapointed by the indefference of the manager to all of this.
I did not even get an "excuse us" note for paying for a defected room. Anyway last time at that place.

Ξενοδοχειο πάνω ακριβώς στην θάλασσα, φτιαγμένο περίπου στην δεκαετία του 80 που σημαίνει ότι χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Τα δωμάτια ανακαινισμένα αλλά με μικρή ντουλάπα και στο μπάνιο λείπει ένας πάγκος στον νιπτήρα που σε κάποια δωμάτια το έχουν αντικαταστήσει με σιδερένιο τρόλευ. Εξαιρετική καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια από ευγενέστατο προσωπικό όπως και η κυρία στο service του πρωινού. Οι receptionists εξυπηρετικότατες και ευγενικές. Η παραλία μπροστα στο ξενοδοχείο στενή με δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες αλλά η θάλασσα έχει πέτρες και ΄φίκια.Μας εξυπηρετησαν ιδιαίτερα δίνοντας δωμάτια με 50% έκπτωση για την ημέρα αναχώρησης μια που φεύγαμε στις 11 μμ.Η ελλειψη ανελκυστήρα δυσκολεύει ιδιαίτερα ανθρώπους με κινητικά προβλήματα . Πρόθυμο προσωπικό να βοηθήσει στην μεταφορά αποσκευών.

Good thinks first: the ladies at the front desk as well as a technician were very polite and helpful, but otherwise, the hotel is horrible. Old equipment of bad quality, inadequate cleanliness, humidity and bad odors. Breakfast was decent, but still hygiene rules were uncertain. And the cleaning lady from Ukraine was not polite at all. In other words, there is scope for improvement
