After more than a year of not going out of town for a vacation, I guess this experience was somehow worth the wait. These are my thoughts: WHAT I LIKED: 1. We got the Sta. Teresita Villa which was good for 6-8 people and it was definitely spacious. 2. It has two dining areas, one inside the villa the other one was near the pool. The outside dining area is perfect for drinking sessions and other activity stuff. 3. The place is mostly complete for all our needs. It has a kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, microwave, plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses), living room, and Dining Area. 4. Most of the appliances and amenities are new. 5. Toiletries are provided especially towels for bathing and swimming. 6. The place is clean especially the bathrooms. It has two bath and toilet, and one toilet. 7. The aircon in the sala has mosquito repellant. 8. The place has an air sanitizer and mosquito repellant. 9. It has an average sized indoor infinity pool which has a perfect view of the mountains and the Taal Volcano. 10. A lot of freebies: unlimited drinking water and brewed coffee. ₱3,500 consummable. Complimentary bottle of red wine. Complimentary breakfast with additional viand (they addedd crispy tawilis in each meal and a big bowl of macaroni soup) 11. Customer service was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff are proactive in assisting us with almost everything like carrying our luggages, setting up for our dinner, providing us ice bucket, and they respond almost instantly when we call them. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: 1. One bath doesn’t have a heater. 2. Although the couch is comfortable, it needs changing or reupholstery because it has stains and lints. 3. The toiletries are available but I think mini bar soap is a good addition. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will go back and recommend to our friends.
