Een weekendje Alkmaar en dit hotel recht tegenover het station gevonden. Een vriendelijke ontvangst, de kamers zijn in belendende panden. We hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping, de trap is wat smal en steil. De bedden naar onze smaak wat zacht, maar het klimaat in de kamer is goed en het sanitair nieuw. We hebben niet ontbeten.

De locatie niet ver van het centraal station, is ideaal. Bij aankomst werden er zonder omwegen de financien geregeld en ging het buitenom via een steile trap naar ons tijdelijk verblijf. Onze kamer was netjes met twee afzonderlijk matrassen in het bed en foto's van de kaasmarkt erboven. Via een deur kon je naar het "terras"; Twee plastic stoelen met een tafeltje waarop een asbak stond op een soort asvalt dak met uitzicht op de achtertuintjes van de omliggende bewoners en vrij zicht op het terras van de naburige hotelgasten. Toilet en douche compact en schoon. Aldaar het raam niet te sluiten, waardoor last van muggen. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en goed. Onpersoonlijk is het samenvattende woord.

Recommended! Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Perfect location,very near to train and bus station.Easy walk to anywhere in the old town.The room was clean,big, comfortable,cozy and quiet.Best hotel in Alkmaar,definitely choosing here again

Het hotel zit tegenover het station, stad 10 min lopen. Kamers zijn super schoon, badkamer ziet er schoon en hygiëne is top daar. Ontbijt is bij een gezellige bar, warm en gezellig en het is ook een heerlijk ontbijt met heerlijke koffie. En ontzettend aardig personeel.
