Very dingy hotel with uncomfortable vibes. The linen was dirty and the restaurant was inadequate in terms of even basic dishes.

Food was quite spicy. They only gave 2 mineral water bottles for free. TV remote was not working properly. Room rent should not be above 2500

A heritage hotel, building build in 1866 but extremely maintained, pleasure staying, green all over, beautiful surround, calm and relaxed and just few step from main Allahabad market civil lines. It was really a pleasure staying. Every thing beyond expectations.

Rooms are ok service is bad so as breakfast. No buffet or selection in breakfast. Don't book lunch or dinner with rooms in this hotels they are cheaters. Nothing in lunch and dinner they gives a predefined 2 item thali. Complimentary breakfast is also poor nothing in that only tea and poori sabji or paratha. Bad experience with such a high priced hotel

Good property to chill for 2 to 3 days with family. Situated in the heart of city. Near to shopping areas as well as historical monuments of prayagraj.

There is a huge mosquito problem in the hotel. You will not be able to sleep at night. The bathrooms are not clean and there are insects coming out of the commode. The breakfast has very few options and there is no buffet system. Overall, a below average experience, which is sad because the hotel is situated in a very posh area and is also large and spacious. Either the ***agement is too lazy or i don't know what, but they are not taking good care of the property.

The hotel is very centrally located. The building is a heritage property. Well kept and neatly maintained. It has a majestic feeling. The staff is helpful and courteous. The food is tasty and served in good quantities.
