Max hotel one of the best hotel in prayagraj we are total 60 person a group my all person stay was very comfortable food was very delicious and very testy and Room was very neat and clean all amenities are available hotel staff was also very supportive and help full especially Mr. Rajnish Sir and Mr. Abhiraj Sir thanku so much Max hotel team

Rajnish and abhiraj are very Good and helping person, I appreciated them And gaurd Ajay is so good Deepanker and team are excellent, great person ,next time I am choosing again again .... Clean bathroom and room very helpful hospitality by their staff

Hotel staff Mr abhiraj and Vishal was very co-operative and food was very good some basic renovation for washroom and bedroom must be done by authorities, over all nice experience here hope good for future and all the best for all staff members

Rude staff, dirty rooms, pathetic service this is what i rate for this property due to non availability of rooms at other hotels i choose this property but it was a terrible experience

Renovation work is going on. It looks they penalize people for booking through mmt. 5-6 rooms around my room getting renovated. Room is full of dust. During breakfast asked for poor and omlette and waited for more than 20 minutes. At last lost patience and left. List is quite long. Last time when i stayed it was little better. They usually charge 3k for day but on mmt it booked for 2200 and it looks i paid the price for it.

It was a good stay at the hotel. The best part was its closeness to the railway station. Hotel room was super clean and hygenic. Food especially the buffet was excellent. Staff was courteous and polite and always greeted me with namaste. However, the hotel didnt considered my early check in request. Otherwise the stay was good.
