We had a bad experience in hotel castillo. I became sick at castillo hotel, but they didn't care for me, that too at my cost. I vehemently condemn the service and behaviour of the staff. We are extremely dissatisfied of the service of the staff towards a customer who fell sick at your hotel castillo varanasi. We netted out indifferent attitude of the staff. It's in-hu***itarian attitude of the staff at hotel castillo, varanasi.

I booked it for my 60+ old father who was travel-ling alone. I was surprised with the staff misbehaving and mistreating him. They promised something else before booking but they were rude and impolite when it came to fulfilling it. My father had a horrible and sad experience here. I won't recommend it to anyone. Staff was disrespectful
