Pet-friendly home next to Oakmont & Veltre's + a few miles to Pittsburgh events!

The property was great! We will stay again if we get to the area.I made the reservation for one day less than we required and Shelly was more concerned that something happened to one of us than us not moving out in time. I would recommend this property and a special shout-out to the host who we inconvenienced and would have let us stay an extra night if she hadn't already booked it. Everything was perfect!

I absolutely LOVE this rental. Seriously, probably one of the best I’ve stayed at as far as cleanliness and comfort. And we’ve stayed in rentals annually for a decade. The house is in a quaint little neighborhood and super inviting pulling up. Communication from the owner prior to arrival made check in a breeze. Kitchen was equipped with water, coffee and snacks which was great after a long day of travel and attending events. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well kept. My family didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend it.

This was a nice home, very clean and pet friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and walkable. Host was cordial and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated off-street parking. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and while kitchen was generally well stocked, the only fry pan was very scratched up, but if you don’t plan on cooking that is irrelevant. About a 10 minute drive to local town and 25 minutes to Pittsburgh, so quite handy. Overall a nice place.

Our family was driving from Maryland to Pittsburgh for my brother's wedding and the inlaws did some grocery shopping for us so we didn't have to. The host let them drop off groceries for us before check in. The drive was long for our 2 kids, mainly the 4 year old. The house was well furnished, kitchen utensils/appliances (even had a small air fryer!) and was family friendly. They even had a baby bullet for those with younger kids. There was a snack bowl next to the Keurig with various options, including flavored syrup and tea. The host even shoveled the driveway and put down salt for us after it snowed! They were very friendly and the kids enjoyed having their own room. There were plenty of games for entertainment. We also mentioned we were bringing a puppy and they even had dog food and water bowls for us! Next time we head to Pittsburgh we will definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely ranch house that met our needs perfectly for 4 people and two dogs! There was a stocked coffee/tea bar which was very nice (included a few snacks and bottled water as well) and a wine bar set with glasses and bottle openers (BYOB on that one). There was also a nice screened in porch that would be lovely in the spring/summer months.

House was very clean with updated appliances and fully stocked with everything you need. Even had a snack basket out, which the kids loved!

Excellent stay. My family stayed for a short overnight on their annual trip to the Penguins game. Nicest place they’ve stayed so far and will definitely stay again. It was a very easy drive out of the city and was a super short drive back to the turnpike. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. The Oakmont Bakery was a Sunday morning bonus!

If you are looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay, this is it. Quiet neighborhood close to many attractions that Pittsburgh has to offer.

We had to stay after my daughter’s surgery and Shelly was wonderful. There were snacks and water for us. It was clean and inviting.
