Everything was excellent except that one of the rooms had ants, not many but they bit me when we arrived and when we fell asleep.
And in the suitcase by the window too
And the bathroom was not very covered, the shower did not drain the water but we had an excellent time at the SCHW.

The property was nice. Stained carpet in our room needed to be replaced. Housekeeping was knocking on doors, including ours, in the 8am hour when check-out wasn't until noon. Sleep was un-necessarily interrupted by this.

This is the reason why Airbnb is better than hotels. Not only was my family charged almost 3 times what we were suppose to pay for our room, the customer service at the counter was awful. The man at the front not only disrespected our family when we asked why we were charged so much but created an unsafe environment for us to stay in. He would avoid talking to our family and even said he didn’t have to do anything to help us out. Management was more helpful, but utterly useless when it came to actually helping out our situation. The hotel basically took the money away we were going to use for this vacation and left us on our own. Truly just an awful experience that has turned me and my family away from ever staying at another hotel again. I hope that the management here can solve issues like this before their employees are able to scam families out of their money.

The property was very nice and very clean. What I didn't like about it is: When I booked the hotel through ******* it shows Parking available. It said nothing about parking is extra $$$. Then when I checked in, I asked about parking because there was no obvious parking in front. The agent told me how to park around back and he even told me I could park in reserve. But, NOTHING was said about parking is extra $$$. It wasn't until the next morning, I logged into my bank and saw and extra $19 charged to my card. I called the front desk and they said parking was $18 tax. That made me very upset because, again NOTHING was told to me. The front desk just said they were sorry because I booked with an outside agency. So, very disappointed with the hotel and the lack of communication that I received and the extra charge that was not mentioned to me. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Hotel was well kept and is also a convention center. 1* for the concierge. I felt I was treated poorly because i wasnt fi ely dressed.
When checking in there was an older gentleman in front of me whom was treated like a king. The concierge was so polite and friendly to him to the point I was shocked how when I stepped up it was a 360.
I don’t think he even looked at me and was not friendly or welcoming. My wife whom is the most optimistic cheerful person around even said to me, “He was rude”.
Checked out at 3AM to head on the road and a different concierge treated me the same. Did not feel welcome here.
