The decoration of the hotel is very good, but because it is still in a mess in the city center, there are several doors in the hotel and several locks in the room, which scared me and my friends.

When I booked the room it said it came with breakfast. When I got there they said it did not. Place was dirty. Had to get the key programed 3 times to work.

Our stay would have been a 10/10 if it weren’t for the really nasty hostess and manager at the in house restaurant. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as I did trying to get a table there. Still, these two women don’t define the entire place, I would definitely return.

Not bad.....Had to clean my own glass top on the coffee area.
And only 1 coffee cup. Normally I would not mind this stuff but for a hotel of this stature and cost I shouldn't need to do anything

I loved this hotel. They were so thoughtful about creating a theme that matched the steel city vibe by making an industrial design. It was super clean, and housekeeping came right on time daily. The snack lounge for elite stay members was fully stocked. I just felt good about being there and the industrial art on the mezzanine was great.

My sisters and I came for concert, our stay was wonderful. We didn’t know PPL Center was attached to hotel. Made it so so easy for us older gals. Would recommend highly.

ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING. VALET PARKING HAD ONLY ONE ADDENDANT. FOOD AT RESTAURANT WAS ONLY OK. NOT GREAT. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS NOT GOOD.
