We paid for an accessibility room, so handles on bath tub, a bath tub not just a shower etc. We received a regular room without any of that. There was no parking in handicap spots. Not disability friendly at all. The elevator barely works and they only have one running. It's extremely slow, if we weren't disabled we would take the stairs. Our room is also stuffy because you can see dust flying out of the vent when the AC kicks on. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. For the price it isn't worth it. There are much better options in the area.

Overall it was a good stay. I booked a king with sofa but was given a king handicap with no sofa. Wasn’t worth complaining because it wasn’t needed, just would have been nice. Hotel condition was good, breakfast was average, amenities were also good.

We were absolutely blow away with this property! It was clean, beautiful rooms with tons of space! The staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was an upgrade from the normal “hotel breakfast” offerings. Would definitely recommend this hotel- upscale feel at affordable price!

The room was not cleaned and we had to move to another room. The room that we moved to would not lock. Overall the rating is about 2 stars. Very unsatisfied.

Stayed here with a group of family for an event. The room I rented was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the person above me was very noisy. I'm glad I spent a majority of my time out of the room and was too tired to be kept awake when I returned. Breakfast was awesome! Katie in the breakfast area was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She kept everything clean, orderly, and refilled. Muriel at the front desk was friendly and cheerful and greeted us with a smile each time she saw us. I highly recommend this facility if you are in town. It is in a very convenient location for dining and shopping.
