Renion Almaty Hotel

I had an excellent experience at Renion City Hotel, and honestly, it was better than I expected 🏨✨ The hotel was extremely clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful 😊 They were always polite and welcoming, and their service made the whole experience even more pleasant. One thing that really surprised me was the modern features in the room. There was even a wireless charger next to the bed, which made it very convenient to charge my phone using MagSafe 📱⚡ This kind of detail shows how much attention they pay to guest comfort. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try the restaurant food, but based on the overall quality of the hotel, I believe the food must be very good as well. Overall, this was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Everything was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and well managed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Almaty 🏨✨

Great location, near attractive places in Almaty and easy to walk around. Room size is good and the room clean. Good service from reception and staffs.

I stayed at this hotel from 24–29 March 2026 and had such a pleasant stay. The location was strategic — surrounded by shops, markets, and even within walking distance to the park. The staff were friendly, and most importantly, I had really good sleep every night. Totally recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely return in the future. One thing I really appreciated was that the front desk staff were able to communicate well in English, which is especially important since English is not the main language in Almaty. It made the check-in process and any questions much easier and more comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I was also impressed with the shower facilities. The water pressure was strong and consistent—perfect for guests with long and thick hair, as it made washing quick and hassle-free. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back to stay here again.
