Hotel is new and clean, service is efficient. Some small issues such as unstable water temperature and light switches not working well, but good stay overall. Offers 24/7 room service and housekeeping staff were friendly.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. It's clean, boutique-style, and the breakfasts were incredibly delicious! I'd gladly return again.

Hotel room is extremely clean and spacious. Great selection at buffet breakfast. Staff at front desk could be more helpful though. Refused to break down larger notes / refused to help call a cab / refused to help mail a postcard.

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time!

Perfect location, close to several metro stations, national museum etc
Room was clean, well organised and cozy.
They have a 24/7 restaurant downstairs so it’s easy to have a dinner or whatever you want at any time. Also a good option to book a lunch box if you’re going to guided tours early in the morning

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's so clean and cozy, and incredibly close to the museums and opera house. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel is located a bit uphill from the pedestrian street, next to the National Museum. There's a subway station and a convenience store nearby, so while it's not right in the city center, it's still quite convenient.
The hotel is newly opened. The room isn't huge, with just one bed and a lounge chair.
