Let me start by saying that you'll be assigned one room out of four, and you won't know which one until you arrive. Check-in is remote, but checking in after 3:00 PM is a downside. I got room #4, and it's incredibly cramped. The light in the hallway is barely working, the bathroom door doesn't close, the shower curtain is rusty, and the faucet needs replacing, as does the toilet flush mechanism. There are two mattresses on the bed, the one on top constantly slips and is covered in hair. The window is dirty, and the sink is filthy. I booked it because it had a kitchen, but in reality, there's no pot in the room, just a small frying pan the size of a palm, and I didn't cook anything. The refrigerator is dirty and stinks, and the tiles are also dirty. Why is check-in so late if the room is so dirty and they don't clean it? It's obvious they did the renovations a long time ago and then forgot about it.

For a single traveler just for a couple of days, this place is perfect for an overnight stay. It has a bed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, and even a small stove. I recommend it.

I didn't really like it (the mattress was terrible and sagging, the shower and shower curtain, as others have noted, were in poor condition, the kettle had a lot of carbon deposits, and it was generally dirty). Overall, the room was tired. It's worth noting that it had everything you need and more—a huge plus. Easy check-in.

We booked this room for one night, as we were passing through Almaty before continuing on to Kyrgyzstan. Therefore, the location suited our needs. The room is practical, although the bathroom is a bit cramped. The bed isn't very comfortable; you can really feel the springs, but it's fine for one night. Cleanliness could be improved. Regarding service, check-in is self-service, so it's not really like a hotel, but the managers were quick to provide us with the codes. It would have been even better to receive them proactively beforehand, rather than having to ask for them once we arrived.
