Mildom Hotel

Located close to most sights. Reception staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good.

Stayed at Mildom Hotel for 2 days. Location is very good, breakfast has plenty of choices. Highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for hotel in Almaty.

Hotel Review The quality was about what I expected for the price. The room was not dirty, but the age of the property was quite noticeable, and there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The location, however, was excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. They do allow guests to leave their luggage after check-out, which was convenient. However, the luggage was simply left in an area accessible to anyone, without any numbering or other system to keep track of it. I therefore felt a little concerned about the security of my belongings.

The hotel located in the middle of city. You can approach every thing easy. There is the coffee shop , supermarket , park , bar and restaurants around the hotel with 1 minuets walk. The room is clean but quit small. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We can leave the luggage after check out.

They gave us the wrong room type. It was impossible to communicate with the hotel. In the end had to go through trip.com to resolve the issue. The rooms are beaten up like the bathroom exhaustion doesn't work. The towels feels like rags.
