The hotel boasts an excellent location - you're a short walk from the main sites in Almaty, and it's very near the meeting points for most day trips. Staff were warm, check in and out were quick, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. The terrace was extremely large.

The room was really nice and clean, with heating available. The breakfast was also quite substantial. For the price, and its central location making it convenient to get anywhere, it's definitely worth it.

I had a very nice stay there and have a nice experience too. My laundry was hung at the balcony and who knows the strong wind blew them all off. The security man there really help me to look for all my clothes. He really went looking under the cars, at the grass patches, everywhere. Once at night and once in the morning, I managed to get back some of my clothes. Temur, if I got his name correct.
