AAxinxinxiniiiIt was my first time staying here. I saw that the ratings online were pretty good, so I decided to try it out. It was worth the trip! !
As soon as I got off the bus, I didn’t know how to get to the hotel because I couldn’t speak the language, so I contacted the owner of the B&B! He helped us get a taxi back to the B&B. The location of the B&B is quite close to the places we want to visit. Because we couldn’t register for the taxi app here, the owner helped us! ! !
For dinner in the evening, the owner took a taxi to and from us, and recommended us very delicious food🫶🏻
Shoulder all requests, super enthusiastic～～The room is clean and comfortable, and the bed in the room is very good. You can pet cats in the yard! There are also cherries to eat～
The place to live is very safe, with an independent yard, a gym, and a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself

AAmy1989We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

AAdnomrI recently stayed at Hotel Almaty for 5 days and 4 nights and it was a great base for exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it very convenient to visit major attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and the pedestrian areas of Almaty.
My room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful mountain view from my room. Waking up each morning to see the majestic mountains in the distance was a wonderful experience and made my stay even more memorable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay, ensuring that the room remained spotless and comfortable.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day and the hotel staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Hotel Almaty to anyone visiting the city. The combination of its excellent location, comfortable rooms and stunning mountain views adds on to a fantastic experience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Almaty.

Wwk155I booked a private room for 1 person with shared bathroom but I suggest you better to take dormitory room because the position is really nice in quiet areas. Meanwhile mine is in front of reception near communal space. I couldn’t sleep in peace because a group of Ch**na tourists kept talking and discussing until midlle of the night. They even was busy making something in the kitchen and dropping many stuff made it so noisy. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to ruin my mood. It’s so ridiculous the hostel staff didn’t remind them at all. Maybe they’re afraid it will impact their business since majority of guests from that country like 80-90%. Another thing is this hostel located a bit far from city centre so you need an extra effort to visit major tourist sites. Fortunately there is a nice park with stunning view in front of the hoste

MMarcus WrightThe hotel is new and nice but also has some problems. We had a room at the back of the hotel, the view is awful. Our window was opposite an orange generator that was noisy andd blew choking fumes into the room. The hotel is also not finished and we had workmen going up and down in a lift from 8am at the side of our bedroom window. What is also strange is the bedroom doors open outwards into the corridor, so you have to be careful not to hit anyone as you open the door. Breakfast tastes nice but most of the dishes of hot food options are always nearly empty and not replenished. What is there is actually cold. One morning nobody bothered to put out any sugar for the coffees and there were often no cups available. The spa is very nice but staff in there are not particularly friendly and there are no opening hours for it anywhere. The staff at the reception however were very polite and friendly as is the man who greets you at breakfast. As we left they came back to us suggesting that we had used the mini bar in the room which we had not but they then said it was ok. Its also surprising for a new hotel that the hot water in the shower constantly changes temperature, you set it just right and within 2 minutes it swings between cold and too hot. The showers in the spa did the same. Overall the hotel looks nice but has some real teething problems and the view behind the hotel is just not acceptable. I personally wouldn't stay there again.

KKseniy_KsyuThe hotel completely lives up to its name – it's incredibly cozy, I'd even say home-like. The staff treats you like family, very sweet and pleasant. I especially remember the security guard who helped with luggage in the rain, leaving a very positive impression. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is thorough. The location is also very convenient – about a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The breakfasts are good too, with plenty of choices and everything delicious. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby and breakfast area are nice. The elevators have been renovated, but surprisingly, the renovation is quite exposed, which makes it feel unsafe. The room was not clean; the floor was warped, and the room looked very old. The bed felt like sleeping on a hard wooden board with springs moving around. The duvet cover had no insert, perhaps because it's summer. The bathroom was incomplete; the toilet was wobbly, and there wasn't even a shower cap, which was surprising. If you're choosing this place purely for the location, it's acceptable. I didn't take many photos because I wasn't very impressed.

GGuest UserThis Chinese business hotel is decent overall. The location is quite convenient, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was very much to our Chinese taste, with a good variety, including hot congee, which made for a very comfortable meal.
The biggest drawback was the terrible soundproofing, which made our stay quite annoying. Every night around 10 or 11 PM, there would always be inconsiderate guests shouting and chatting loudly in the corridor, completely disregarding others' rest. In the mornings, various noises would start early, making it impossible to get good sleep.
I honestly suggest the hotel put up ”no loud noise” signs in the hallways and manage guests a bit more in the evenings. Otherwise, no matter how good the breakfast is, with all this noise, the overall guest experience is really diminished.
