Centraal gelegen hotel. Parking in de buurt tegen betaling. Wel goed opletten in de wirwar van straatjes. Prima kamers met goede bedden. Leuk dakterras met uitzicht op kathedraal en het plein. Vriendelijke bediening. Goed ontbijt. Prima informatie over eet gelegenheden in de buurt.

Vanwege omstandigheden hier voor 1 nacht geboekt en vervolgens 3 nachten bijgeboekt. Schone nette (maar iets krappe) kamer, perfecte centrale ligging en erg vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk dakterras. Het klokkengeluid van de kathedraal is gepast.

This hotel enjoys a beautiful location next to the fine cathedral on a palmtree-fringed square. We had a superior room with terrace overlooking the square. The room was a good size with well equipped bathroom. Cathedral bells are paused between midnight and eight am! The breakfast buffet was good and service throughout was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with bar service from 4pm; our only complaint was the overloud music from that hour. Given that we were the only guests at that time, enjoying the peace of the surroundings, our request that the music be turned off was declined by the young girl on duty. Not so smart!

Nice hotel, they could have a better menu for dinner at night. Very limited. Hotel room large but no point having seating area when the tv does not point in that direction. Tv is basic and only Spanish tv, no international or apps like netflix or apple etc on it, expected better for a 4 star hotel. No USB points in the room. The large shower heads needs cleaned as it's full of water mould. I expected few bottled water in the fridge and not charged €2 each. Also expected extra bed pillows as 1 is not enough. The swimming pool is very small and would be classed as a dipping pool than a swimming one. Is the hotel value for money? Yes, but it could be a far better one if more attention to detail was done as above

Lovely rooftop pool; lounge chairs needed a bit of cleaning. Room was comfortable and quiet. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. Staff friendly and helpful.

The battery went dead on the door key card . The front desk gentleman handled it well and then treated me to a glass of wine. Very kind. A party was held in the restaurant downstairs and was very loud. I wasn’t able to take my siesta. I guess i should have just joined the party. I would still recommend the hotel. It is next to the cathedral- so the bells chime’

The hotel is attractive and well placed. Breakfast staff were friendly. The hotel is more set up for locals with lunch or dinner requirements than staying guests, limited interaction/support from reception staff.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect. The pool upstairs was a real delight small but adequate. The roof top at night was beautiful. In the old quarter and great access. Highly recommend this hotel . You get used to the charming bells .

The area around the hotel is very run down, Being right next to the Cathedral the bells ring out every 15minutes between the hours of 8am till Midnight and is loud.
