Desilusión total. No es un 5* Como mucho un 4* raspadito. Instalaciones normales, habitación grande pero baño normalito. Lo peor de todo la comida: desayuno correcto pero justo (3* más bien) pero la cena ni una cena de hospital, croquetas precocinadas, pizza precalentada horrible, algo de ensalada y quesos sin calidad. No había ni helado... Creo que es el peor buffet en el que he estado y he estado en hoteles de todo tipo. Sólo decir que me he tenido que ir al hotel de al lado a comer (estupendo por cierto). Somos de la zona y todos los años vamos a un hotel a pasar un finde tranquilo, a este no volveré. Para dormir y desayunar ok pero media pensión ni se os ocurra.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. La primera sorpresa fue que cuando entramos nos dijeron que saquemos nosotros las maletas del coche. En un hotel de 5 ,está situación nunca te lo encontrarías. La habitación amplia y bonita. El colchón muy duro. Pedimos un topper si era posible y nos dijeron que no. De las dos piscinas de fuera,una de ellas estaba cerrada. Deberían publicar en su página web está reseña. Muy mal. Fuimos a comer al bar de la piscina. Solo un camarero para bastante gente. Pedimos un sándwich y tardaron más de 40 minutos. La excusa que nos pusieron fue que estaban en la hora del buffet y que se tarda en hacer un sándwich. En resumen una desilusión total. No volveremos. Y que la gente lea que no es un hotel de 5 estrellas sino de 4.

We spent Easter 2024 in this hotel. It doesn't have 5-star services at all, acceptable rooms and facilities at 5-star prices. We had half board. The breakfast did not meet expectations, much less the dinner, with little variety of food and declining quality. The staff is the best of the hotel, very attentive and helpful, giving them a 10. For all of the above, we will not return.

We have been staying in this hotel that we visited for the first time, we chose half board (breakfast and dinner) and they served us a dinner of pre-cooked products and oven, our mouths dropped open when we saw what was on the buffet tables, we could make a salad, croquettes. dumplings, pizza, all pre-cooked, and some sad chicken thighs that were not delicious and a hake with green sauce (there was also pangasius and beef cooked on the spot, I don't know what quality... pasta carbonara and tomato without meat, a type of soup and for dessert a glass of Danone with various fruits and two types of chocolate cake. If we knew how important it is for a person to remember a good lunch/dinner... I feel very sorry because the hotel is beautiful. , the rooms are very comfortable, very nice and new, I understand that it is low season to offer this, it is better to simply offer accommodation and breakfast. They also made the mistake of not sending us a basket of fruit and cava that some friends had given us. They told him they would bring it to us and it never arrived, we are talking about a chain of Valnest luxury hotels and resorts... we will not eat there again or give us dinner, it was a disappoin**ent for us and our family so otherwise very good. if you are only going to have breakfast and sleep paying the price which is not cheap.... on the other hand it is cold in the spa, I have caught a cold, there are no pools with hot water only the indifferent (body temperature) and there are no heaters to going from the sauna to the baths and everything is very cold, also to go to the room there is only one elevator that takes you to the other side and if not you have to go to the pool being cold in winter... if all this were fixed it would be one of our destinations favorites in Almería.
