an excellent solution for a stay in the small village of steni vala about 10 km from the port of Patitiri and old Alonissos. in about 10 minutes you can reach all the most beautiful beaches of the island Lefti Gialos, Milia, Kokkinastro, Agios Dimitios Ag Petros etc. we had a great time; beautiful rooms, excellent service and breakfast highly recommended!!

Very beautiful place, at a distance of 2 minutes on foot from the port of Steni Vala. Location in the center of the island near nice beaches. Rooms very clean, modern and bright, overlooking the pool. Very good breakfast and kind staff (waiters & cook). Suitable for couples as well as families!

Unacceptable to say the least, Especially the manager of the hotel, Angeliki. I went 20/6/21 with social tourism tickets and we were all in a good mood as it was a first time holiday with my two year old twin babies and my husband. From the very first day there was no signal and no proper wiring on the TV so we don't have a TV, I mention it, someone tried to fix something, nothing happened and they left it. They didn't care at all even though I complained to them and we were with two children in a room like prisoners since not only was there no TV but even the internet never caught and nowhere except a little in the breakfast room which was near the reception and near the router. The manager constantly listened to the complaints I made to the girls at the front desk and also on the phone when I was talking to my family outside at the pool and she acted like a clown, she never came to catch me to ask what was going on or if we wanted her to change our room, while we knew that there were vacant rooms available. I should mention that I also booked this hotel because I saw that it also provides a playground in the photo, except that this photo is probably from when the hotel opened, because when we went with my children to the playground, we got a shock!! We see them in the cobwebs and cobwebs, in the mud, dust and dirt and melted and faded that have been for years thrown in the sun and neglected. Result.... to be almost from morning to late evening, all day long, in the sun and in the heat with our babies who, as I said, are 2 years old since there was absolutely nothing in the room except the beds. My nerves to God! I promised and said there is no way you will get a single euro since there was a contribution from our side of 57 euros, of which I had put 20 euros as an advance payment in the bank and there was the balance of 37 euros., at the same time I had consulted and reports to the OAED all of the above and told me not to pay a single euro, since he did not offer you the benefits he already mentions on the site and must provide. The person in charge also came at 6:30 in the morning and scolded me and called the police and of course she was very upset because it is not her responsibility to do this unless a lawsuit was filed on her part. I would like, first of all, to inform you that it was a very beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying and the location excellent in Steni Vala of Alonissos. The reason I give this particular rating 1/5 is the following: although the "Piperi" room was elegant, with a nice view and quiet at the highest point of the hotel, the room in question did not meet the requirements for the quality / price of such a hotel but mainly in dealing with us (customers) regarding the unfortunate services and failures on the part of the Ownership of the hotel itself. In the failures, I mention characteristics and exclusively for this particular room - so as not to be misunderstood - a) the basic negligence of the damaged socket that blew and burned two fuses with a huge risk of electric shock, b) the air conditioner that was damaged and ran like a faucet with a basin installed below it without any information what we would face when we put it into operation, c) the non-existent Wi-Fi signal where we were informed only this room had a problem, d) the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. The most serious was the risk of electric shock, the rest ok, can happen. But I have to quote them, for information and compliance. Other than that, I would give the rating 5/5 and it's a shame.
