Hotel bem localizado, sossegado, o hotel devia estar mais cuidado : varandas com sujidade, carpetes do quarto com nódoas, travesseiros com sinais desgaste.
no pequeno almoço é básico, no período que estive hospedada faltava 1h para terminar o PA já não havia reposição.
hotel no geral satisfaz.

Muy bien para hacer noche si vas al norte de Portugal. Instalaciones algo descuidadas por el paso del tiempo. Mejoría con mantenimiento. Amplitud de habitaciones y limpio. Desayuno buffet solo correcto. Con opción para cenar

Excellent hotel. Good installations. The only thing missing is that they focus more on the cleaning of rooms and common areas. Otherwise everything very well. Lovely staff. perfect location

Pessoal simpático e atencioso. Hotel a precisar de alguma manutenção em alguns pontos o que deixa a desejar a qualificação de 4 estrelas, nomeadamente as madeiras ao cimo da escada, a falta de pessoal do spa,a iluminação do corredor, a porta do quarto que se teve que forçar para fechar, a porta do spa, o fecho da entrada do Hotel ( partido), as TVs cujos comandos não funcionam bem, a pintura do Hotel. Compensa a tranquilidade, a qualidade do espaço, o pequeno almoço, a simpatia do pessoal, a proximidade da natureza. Espaço agradável.

Cama confortável, ambiente confortável, tudo limpo, piscina e jacuzzi agradáveis. Os colaboradores são simpáticos e acessíveis principalmente os recepcionistas. Pequeno almoço variado ,com produtos frescos e deliciosos. Para 4 estrelas está boa relação qualidade preço, precisa de reparos pontuais mas nada de especial.

Houve alguma falta de informação em relação a piscina de água quente, pois havia uma avaria na resistência, e não foi comunicada aos clientes. Porta da piscina degradada, havendo passagem de água das chuvas e de vento. Falta de pessoal junto a zona do spa, piscina, sauna...Falta de cortinas entre o quarto e o chuveiro...

Hotel de linhas modernas, pessoal simpático e afável, quarto espaçoso com uma bela vista para a piscina. Pequeno almoço dentro do expectável mas a surpresa estava guardada para a excelente qualidade do restaurante Chaparro o que nos deixou amplamente felizes com a decisão tomada de reserva com meia pensão. Apenas uma ressalva para a manutenção necessária, nomeadamente no tecto da piscina interior e em alguns pormenores do quarto mas que não alteram a nossa vontade de voltar.
