Loved the pool area

Check-in was very annoying due to the fact that I was not able to make a mixed payment I had money on me and I had credit on me but I was short $9 on my credit therefore then I was going to be charged more my companion I was riding with a motorcycle help me out and then I come to find out that they charged him for also this was very disappointing and the first time I was at this Ramada Inn facilities were beautiful Staffing was not friendly or helpful breakfast was lackluster he ran out of coffee and that was annoying

Unclean room/s: the bed sheet had blood stains on it, I asked to change rooms which they did. The new room had 2 beds one had stained sheets, the other was okay, but the refrigerator had a huge dried something on the shelf. The next day I asked them to clean the room, the refrigerator was cleaned, but nothing else, even the towels on the bathroom floor were not picked up or replaced.

The manager refused to issue a refund for early check out. I moved my staff to Days Inn. They also don't serve breakfast until 7 am.

I booked this hotel as a three day weekend getaway. I knew that it would be older and outdated. I thought that I was booking a suite, as in two bedrooms or something similar. However, although ******* listed my room choice as sleeping five guests, the room only had one small twin bed. I was told people rented it for parties, not necessarily to sleep in. Damian at the front desk quickly changed my room to king unit with a sofa sleeper. I wanted a bigger room, but it worked out fine. Thank you Damian. We were able to change into out swim suits and head to the pool. I really liked their pool area, but the air temperature was a bit cold. The pool and hot tub were warm enough though. The problem came when we were returning to our room and the guests next door decided they needed to block our door with a birthday party table. Not the hotels fault. There were actually several parties going on around us that night. So I would not recommend this hotel if you enjoy quiet. But the parties were all done well before midnight. We also liked all of the arcade games that they had. My twelve year old loved it! My husband and I enjoyed a few drinks at there onsite bar. Decent prices, and the bartender was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No hot food, just a sad selection of poptarts are cereal. Like most places, they can not find dependable people to work. Overall we enjoyed out mini trip. The staff is great!

We chose a pet friendly room, surprise at check in when we were told it would be $25 fee. This is not listed on their website. The beds are hard and noisy. Water wouldn’t drain out of the tub. And to top it all off, very limited breakfast because their cook didn’t show up. We chose this hotel for the added value of breakfast for 3 people to get dry bagels, and wrapped in Saran Wrap pop tarts.

No phone in room. Poor front desk staff. Advertised free breakfast but only found a sign saying no food due to illness. I would rate this a 1 star facility. Nasty hotel. TV also had issues. 6 local channels and the house maintenance guy tried to blame the cable provider.

We stayed here for my sons graduation from college. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to the college.

0 STARS!! I have spent $1,000's at hotels in the Wyndham line. Myself and family members have stayed at this location many times. Reviews for this location have steadily become more negative over the last couple years. Regardless, I have been trying to remain a loyal customer, but will never stay there again. I booked a room for my father for last weekend, April 7th through April 8th, they stayed there because they had an important and early appt for Monday morning. They had a poolside room, and had the unfortunate experience of finding HUMAN FECES on the bedding, it was also on many surfaces in the bathroom along with what appeared to be BLOOD SPATTER. I booked through Priceline and they are currently attempting to have our money
