The front desk staff is absolutely terrible. 1st of all, while using the a**, she made sure to tell me they do NOT make change at the desk, I did not ask for change. I do not recommend going out of your way to tell guests about services you DO NOT provide, just common sense in the service & hospitality industry, but moving on. From the hours of 11p-2am, my room was what seemed like the center of quite a bit of chaos and noise. Eventually I did make a call to the front desk & I then heard someone yell to the guests to go back to their rooms & that they've now had 3 complaints called in. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for compensation for having to deal with that and received nothing; i had to call later and request a later check out and was only given one hour. Some hotels will just give you this for simply asking without even needing a reason. I was also told once we check out, we can no longer use the pool, and i have been to tons of hotels throughout the country and this has never been the case at any of them. When I called the customer care service to file a complaint , the person on the other end was wonderful but unfortunately the complaint ultimately ended up back to the local manager and it ended up being the most unprofessional email chain I have ever witnessed from a place of business. I think the owner may want to reconsider who they have running the place, no guest should be treated the way I was treated. It was absolutely absurd.
