Just been the spa today and had the snowfall massage. It was the best massage I have ever had I felt so welcomed and the lady he was taking care of me was genuinely amazing. Made me feel comfy the right amount of pressure considering I’m a swimmer she got rid of all then horrid knots on my back. So if anyone want a massage I would got for Shelly she has the best hands in the business

My daughter and I came for a full spa day. We had treatments hypnotic back and sole. Extremely relaxing experience the ladies were really lovely ,a credit to the hotel. The whole spa was great with pools,Jacuzzis and seating areas. In the restaurant for our lunch we had afternoon tea and Mezze platter with a glass of fizz. A super day all round a visit is recommended. X

Arrived and was hoping for a lovely stay, reception was lovely looking and had lovely initial greeting. Had booked a Cosy room which i was suprised was only accessable via stairs (no lift) no offer for anyone to help me with my bags. Room on arrival was ok , definately in need of an update - especially the tea and coffee station which was aged plastic. Had a lovely meal at the event I attended (good tasting food) but quite alot of the staff looked stressed and were not overly welcoming. I retired for the night and WITHOUT doubt had the worst nights sleep in any hotel I've ever stayed in before, it was very uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. Breakfast was nice (again food was good) on departing I mentioned how uncomfortable the bed was , but that was it goodbye . Id even before arrival been charged the standard rate not the agreed delegate rate so I had a credit on my account with I used during the evening but had £1 to pay - even after saying what a bad nights sleep you still charged me !! Will not return.

This review is quite simple…. I do not profess to be an expert but over the years have eaten in some of the best restaurants in London, but the £30 two course meal I have had at the Manor House was quite simply the best I have ever had!! Excellent starter of their own twist on a prawn cocktail and the main of whole sea bass was indescribable…simply delicious. Would highly recommend to everyone to give them a try…and maybe they could give tips to a certain Mr Ramsey😂. Thanks The Manor, will be back.

We booked for a party of 12 to stay overnight & have dinner and breakfast the next morning This was for my dad’s 80th birthday The staff, service & attentiveness were excellent Cleanliness of the bedrooms & all other areas of the hotel was of an extremely high standard Food was excellent and served piping hot - breakfast & dinner had lots of choice too Only criticism is the cost of alcoholic beverages which we felt was expensive Other than that can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

I found this spa being advertised on social media and I was drawn to it immediately. After looking at their website, I found the ‘Spring Time Remedy’ package which consisted of use of the spa facilities from 10am until 5pm, mocktail on arrival, afternoon tea, one hour full body/face/scalp massage, spa gift and the hire of towels/robe with flip flops in a tote bag to take home. I found the value to be perfect for what I was wanting. I went ahead and booked it as a surprise for my sister who needed some TLC. On arrival, we had a great greeting and felt welcomed by the reception team. They adhered to our dietary requests (there were a few). The spa did not let me down. We both enjoyed the various rooms and pools on offer. We were so relaxed I think we must have fell asleep at least twice during our visit. Well worth the money and the location is stunning. We will definitely return in the future. We both throughly enjoyed our massage, I cannot recall the therapists names but they were polite, ensured we were comfortable and delivered one of the best massages I have ever had, with some Reiki in there too - thank you so much to you both. It was really appreciated. Thanks Manor House Spa.

We visited manor house early april 2024 for a dinner bed, breakfast and spa stay. The spa was lovely with lots to do and great treatments, however our only issue was that the customer service needs attention which is a shame as that’s the only thing that is letting this place down.Service in the lounge bar was poor with one of the staff being quite condescending, and michelle in the stables was a stand out memeber of staff, well a smile wouldn’t go a miss, not very friendly and we felt like an inconvenience to her.The other staff in the stables were really nice and provided everything we needed even a smile! Personally, i wouldn’t come back here just out of personal preference but for a one night stay it was okay!
