The staff is outstanding!! Manny helped us with our reservations and was extremely accommodating. Diana at front desk and Curtis in housekeeping were also so pleasant and helpful. BJ who worked the breakfast made my elderly parents feel special and always laughed at my Dad’s jokes which he loves!! Thank you to the entire staff wish I could remember all of their names!! The girls working the front desk the morning and afternoon were so accommodating to us and our family that came to spend time with us at the hotel. Thanks for helping to make a special time even more memorable!! I definitely would recommend this hotel and it’s near to EVERYTHING!!! Christine

This is the best hotel ever stayed at. Their service is fabulous and everyone is so professional and hospitable. Best 9 months I spent there. ♥️♥️ it's literally a mini apartment. Had a fully furnished kitchen, desk, dining table, 1 bedroom, sectional couch with sofa bed. Truly a beautiful comfortable room. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff here is just absolutely wonderful. They are warm, down to earth and so accommodating.
The rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are great: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, stove and dishes and cookware.
The sofa bed had a really solid pad on it that was surprisingly comfortable. Great for kids. Also very comfortable just as a couch.
The pool was always fully stocked with plenty of towels. Clean and great temperature.
Free breakfast was really tasty and staff is constantly making sure the food is plentiful.
It was quiet, the guests themselves were very friendly which is an attestation of how well run and friendly the staff is. Mega kudos!

The hotel was very convenient for us. We were in town for work and driving a big van. Not many locations in Chicago have surface lot parking. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was really friendly, room was comfortable and quiet which is a plus since you are right next to Midway Airport and a bunch of train lines. Slept like a baby.

The room was nice and very spacious but tired looking. The air in the room was stale so luckily we had windows to open to air it out. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable!

We traveled to Chicago for surgery and wanted more than just a hotel room for the required recuperation period afterwards. Our stay at the Midway Airport Residence Inn was exactly what was needed. Everything from start to finish was outstanding - our room, the terrific and friendly service, pleasant public spaces, and of course the excellent breakfast buffet. Even though the hotel was virtually filled to capacity the entire time we were there, it was never crowded or noisy. This is obviously a well-run property with an excellent staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable - a perfect home away from home for recuperating after surgery.
