It was clean and comfortable I just wish they would clean the windows they where filthy.

We were not aware that there were homeless or illegal immigrants allowed to stay there. They had no consideration for others. Bringing entire families with children in diapers and underwear with no shoes in Chicago with negative temperatures. They were loud, took all the food and messy. I am a paying customer. My wife was extremely uncomfortable. We had to go out to a local diner.

Bed had a sink in it and they gave me a hard time when I mentioned it to them. Heat stopped working in the e room they finally decided to swap me to. Loud neighbors playing music all night.

Beware of the availabilty for free shuttle from Midway Airport. I arrived at airport on 3/21/24 and called hotel to send shuttle as requested. I was told shuttle would arrive in 30 minutes and driver would call me upon arrival. Never received a phone call from driver. Called again after one hour of waiting and was told again driver would arrive soon. Waited 2 hrs and no shuttle. Had to spend $40 for Uber to transport me to hotel. On day of departure 3/25/24 I was told that shuttle does not run on regular schedule to airport. I had the choice of arriving 3 hrs before departure or too late to catch my flight. So I had no choice but to us Uber for cost of $40. When a hotel offers an airport shuttle then hotel should make shuttle at regular times throughout the day. Other than shuttle problem I had an enjoyable stay but will not stay again due to hotel not offering aurport shuttle in regular schedule.

The Hotel was suprisingly cleaner than I had expected. The room was comfortable and clean. The only negative on thestay was there was a breakfast incluyded, however the breakfast area was not set up as I departed shortly after 7 a.m. There was coffee available. I would highly recommend staying at the Baymont.

Bathroom light was very light and greenish. Poor light for getting ready. Window was off track and old, not a good seal. Could hear all the traffic since it is located right next to busy Main Street. Breakfast on Christmas am was more limited then other days. No eggs, waffle machine not on. Asked for shaving cream and got dehydrated/ evaporated little packet of no use.
