Me hace parecer que el personal no es supervisado y capacitado de la mejor forma. Estuve 1 semana por trabajo y me movieron de habitación 3 veces porque estaba reservada cada habitación que me movían. Por una simple reserva que no llegaba. Mi esposa pidió una toalla extra para su pelo pero se la negaron. Me tocaron Habitaciones húmedas, camas quebradas, no hicieron limpieza una vez en mi habitación, 2 veces por la mañana en el restaurante no te tenían huevos para el desayuno. Por fin me fui porque en teoría tenía reservado todo el hotel dudo si se llenaría pero pensé que ya eran muchas fallas y lo mejor era volar. Más bien parece que el dueño está ausente y la persona que administra pues lo hace sin actitud. Las instalaciones son bonitas pero lamentablemente no lo ves todo. Solo porque vine por trabajo resistí pero por turismo no vendría.

Si necesitas una manta por el frío, no tienen. Si necesitas una estufa, no tienen. Si necesitas un secador de pelo, no tienen. Si pides leche con el café, se cobra extra. Habitaciones sucias, desangeladas. Excepcionalmente ruidoso, se oye todo de habitación a habitación. Un desastre.

Excelente ubicación, con parqueo y buena señal WiFi, hay una agradable atmósfera colonial y bellezas de orquídeas que dan un ambiente acogedor al lugar. El restaurante debe mejorar en cuanto a la atención y al menú, pero para una vacación está bien.
