Traveling all day with my mom and my 15 month old. We chose this hotel for the location the value and the reviews. Glad we did. Room was nice clean comfortable beds. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast we had waffles and yogurt. We enjoyed visiting with Michelle who works the breakfast and front desk she made our stay wonderful

Nice clean hotel. Traveling to see family. Location was convenient. Hotel easy to find. Room was nice clean and quiet. They do have an indoor pool. I got good night sleep. Bed was comfortable. Love that it is an outside entrance. So I could park in front of room. Easy to unload and load my stuff. Just few doors down was breakfast where I was greated by Michelle with a friendly good morning and a big smile. She kept breakfast clean and stocked. I will stay here again.

We was visiting Klamath falls celebrating my husband sobriety. Our room was nice clean. They have a beautiful indoor pool. Our bed was comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Only down fall no place to put hygiene products when showering. Rooms look like they have been recently remodeled. The sitting chair needs replaced. Just didn't match room. We missed breakfast both days. So I went to warm up my left overs and microwave didn't work. And I didn't want to move stand so I went to office. Where I met Michelle. She allowed me to warm up my food in breakfast area. Michelle was very helpful and we got to visiting. She is super sweet and has the cutest accent. Quality Inn is our go to spot and hopefully Michelle will be there next time!

We chose this hotel for the location. We was checked in fast and git settled to our room. It was very nice and clean. We loved the walk in shower very nice at my age. Looks like they done some remodeling in the rooms. Was told they have an in door pool. Beds are comfortable and rooms quit got a good night's sleep. We went had breakfast and visited with Michelle she super sweet. And told us things to do in this area. We was heading to Crater Lake for few hours. Michelle told us about Cafe up the road from Crater lake. If invrhia area we will stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel

When we arrived to the hotel there was no hot water. The next day, we didn’t get any room service. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and the lady upfront responded rudely “the maids are off today!”. We’re not coming back to this place ever again.

Was traveling with my aunt on our way to California. And ran into thus hotel conveniently located. We read few reviews and the price was in our budget. So we said let's give it a try. Fast easy check in. They put us in back building located next to pool. Our was nice and clean big walk in shower. Beds was comfortable and room had been remodeled. The poo was nice and relaxing. We slept well nice and quiet and comfortable beds. Next morning we walked to breakfast room had coffee and waffles. And was greeted from a lady with a southern accent with a big friendly smile and good morning. I think her name was Michele. We highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again when back through this arena

We chose this hotel for it's location. We had been traveling all day and ready to get out of the vehicle. Check in was fast. Got to our room and it was nice and clean. So we decided to walk down to the pool and check it out. Nice a big just missing a hot tub. But we enjoyed it. The next morning we was greeted with a friendly smile by Michele and a good good morning.
