We loved staying at Embassy, specially because of the delicious breakfast, and my kids loved the indoor swimming.

Our first room had water pouring from the ceiling of the bathroom. Slightly frustrating after a late arrival, however, the staff handled it well and immediately had a different room to live into. They were very friendly and accommodating so there is nothing negative to say about that. The problem is the size and comfort level of the double size beds in the rooms. As a family of five, we selected the two double bed suite with couch for additional sleeper. The double beds are so bad. Two bad nights sleep makes it hard to enjoy the trip. The rooms are plenty large enough l to accommodate a typical sized hotel bed. These are smaller than any other hotel ever.

Not bad for the price. Staff were all polite and friendly. Room was sufficient. Sofa bed not the most comfortable. Water pressure in shower could use some serious help. Breakfast ok. Pancakes room temperature, sausage cold . A case of you get what you pay for

I enjoyed the panoramic view from rooms and the glass elevators. This is different from most other hotels I’ve frequented. My king-1 bedroom suite, was comfortable. I would like to return with more time to enjoy other amenities. I stayed overnight Saturday because I attended an evening wedding Saturday in Winter Springs, FL (10 miles away). The Sunday full breakfast with the option to get made-to-order eggs was convenient and economical. At this level of hotel stay, I would think that to mention that the room was clean and the bed comfortable, a moot point, but I wish to mention these just the same. Lastly, I like that my shower had doors rather than shower curtains! Professor Y

Incredibly nice staff. So many I have had the pleasure of seeing for years. That's a great sign that they have been here so long. And the food at the Omaha Steakhouse continues to be consistently exceptional! Truly a best kept secret in Orlando!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in wasn't good. Our reservation number that I got had been given to another person. I paid in full non refundable and had paid for a room with a view of the lake. Was told they didn't have one for us and the hotel was sold out. My husband got very upset and the lady went in back and when she came back had us a room with the view of the lake. The room was good just had a small bathroom. Beds were good. Went to Omaha restaurant for drinks and my husband drinks Jack Daniel's and all they had was a half a shot of Jack which made him unhappy. So we left with friends and went to Miller's Ale House for drinks & dinner. Also the next day they still didn't have any Jack. He wasn't happy but knew he would get Jack at our son's wedding that evening. We enjoyed the morning breakfast love that you have made to order omelets and all the other items you offer. Staff was wonderful. All in all it turned out to be a good stay except for no Jack Daniel's.
