Beware of the hidden parking charge- while it is not much, what frustrated me the most was the fact that it was not mentioned to me at check-in. This was for a business trip, and I had alreayd pre-calculated the total cost for the trip for my boss. The hotel is very closed in, so where else am I supposed to park? I would have appreciated an explanation, this unfortunately soured my experience.
Also the place is old and in need of major upkeep for the outside. The inside is okay but still run-down.

Breakfast weekend was better than i had anticipated.
Weekend was egg and cheese breakfast "tacos"; oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, waffles and your standard milk, fruit, yogurt toppings were awesome, gave a great variety.
Weekday-GF muffins, same milk, yogurt, grits, sausage, eggs.. the orange juice is delicious.

Great location for my purposes and reasonable rates. Room was clean and spacious, plenty of chairs and flat surfaces. Not too much to the property itself but clean and located next to a great Mexican restaurant. I did not like the $5.00 fee per night for parking.

Jessica W, Freddie and Darius made my stay here Very enjoyable. These employees were very helpful and very professional. Whenever I asked for something, they were very prompt to fulfill my needs. This crew here needs to be in more facilities around the world to make Your stay feel magical, I recommend this resident's inn to each and every one of you who are planning a vacation to visit Sea World magic Kingdom and other tourist attractions in the Orlando area.

Stay in a nice suite, apartment style with 2 levels. Darius at the desk was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again if in Florida visiting. Only thing I would recommend is keeping the toilette bottles in the shower filled. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was empty in both bathrooms

We cannot fault Residence Inn Orlando Altamonte Springs. We were there for 10days to tend to the final arrangements for our mother/mother-in-law who had passed. The location was perfect, the rooms are huge and comfortable and fully kitted out for a longish stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating but our special thanks and praise must go to Darius who went beyond the call of duty. What an absolute legend and an asset to the hotel. He was a delight, always smiling and nothing was any trouble even when we requested a room change. Alec was also extremely helpful in sorting out a couple of very minor things in our room. Another asset to the hotel, polite, accomodating and extremely pleasent. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff always there to greet you with a good morning and a smile. We would definitely stay again and recommend to famly, friend or colleague looking to stay in Orlando. Thank you Darius and Residence Inn Orlando Altamonte Springs!

Enjoyed our stay the last week of December 2023. Overall a good experience. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was late one day and they took some money off our bill, so no problem. Friendly staff. Right off the highway but not so close where you can hear traffic. About 25 min away from all the parks.
