Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 3 bambini) in due ampie camere + un bagno. Il b&b è situato un un condominio silenzioso, munito di ascensore. Le camere molto pulite e confortevoli con mobili nuovi. Il signor Nicola ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità nonostante ci fossimo presentati al check-in con molto ritardo. A disposizione: tv, condizionatore, scrivania, ampio armadio, asciugamani in abbondanza. Bagno con ampia doccia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere molte località di interesse turistico, come ad esempio Matera.

La location in un condominio periferico è terribile. La camera, seppur molto pulita e nuova aveva molti difetti: piccola, un inutile puff che impediva l’apertura della porta finestra, frigo che era un forno, condizionatore rumorosissimo e con una luce accecante, la doccia seppur nuova malfunzionamente. La gentilezza della proprietaria a non poteva sopperire a tutte queste carenze.

Il B&B è un appartamento convertito in 3 camere di cui 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 camera per 4 pax.
Tutte le camere hanno un bagno privato.
La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e carina.
Il quartiere è vicinissimo al centro ma non è gran bella via da frequentare.
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto elevata.

Ambienti spaziosi e molto puliti. Piena disponibilità dei proprietari nonostante la nostra variazione di orario del check in, comunicata all'ultimo minuto. Molto facile anche arrivare al b&b e si può lasciare la macchina proprio davanti al portone d'ingresso.

Abbiamo soggiornato x due notti .All'arrivo trovato una signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi,poi più visto nessuno. Colazione al bar dove ci hanno servito cappuccino e brioche nulla in più. A mio marito che non pace il dolce non ha mangiato nulla .È un affitta camere e non un b&b .Deludente .Non consigliato.
