Principe Alogna Hotel & Spa

Abbiamo prenotato in questo bellissimo hotel in un angolo di pace e serenità assurda per la nostra vacanza di quattro giorni nel palermitano; dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo è proprio riduttivo. L'intero staff ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta ed esigenza. La spa all'interno è piccolina ma molto accogliente e se si vuole si può usufruire anche di massaggi. Una delle sere abbiamo deciso di optare per la cena al ristorante e penso sia stata la scelta migliore mai presa; il servizio davvero di qualità, sia il maître che la cameriera ci hanno coccolati dall'antipasto al dolce. È stato un dispiacere enorme dover fare il check-out. Speriamo davvero di poterci tornare e magari poter usufruire della piscina esterna. PS: un ringraziamento va al sig. Massimo che ci ha consigliato dove prendere un ottima cassata al forno nel paese di Altavilla Milicia

Ottima esperienza la nostra con permanenza solo per una notte. La posizione non è delle migliori, anzi, difficoltoso a trovarlo, dove anche il navigatore non aiuta facendoti arrivare da percorso meno comodo. Stanze e letti ok, colazione varia e personale gentilissimo. Prezzi nella norma per il servizio offerto.

Intrigued by the beautiful workmanship of their website, and by the attractive proposal of The Fork platform, I chose to personally get to know their feared reality. Nothing more disappointing. Location of the restaurant room, flat, simple, cold, devoid of any colorful note in harmony with the hall and their outdoor area. The courtly presentation of pseudo-gourmet catering clashes with the real workmanship and presentation of normal dishes from Sicilian culture, elaborated in a satisfying way. Linear daily menu, with 3 starters, 3 first courses, 3 second courses, as per hotel routine, but which is totally different from what the website suggests. Total absence of dessert, a negative note, given that in a hotel facility with kitchen, it is offered breakfast with various delicacies. The chosen sea bass, presented with 80's mise en place, filleted ou tablou by the maitre, with very simple duchess potatoes at a cost of 18 euros... Coffee offered, presented in a "dried" saucer, which absolutely should not have arrived at the table. Simple wine list 4 bubbles, 4 whites, 4 reds, always in the anonymity of the DOC and DOCG wine choice. Present service, 80s style, but fortunately, the world moves forward and we have arrived at 2022. Incongruent quality-price ratio, somewhat inflated prices, but fortunately the excellent The Fork discounts have reduced and calmed a terrible entrepreneurial default

So I'm starting from the assumption that I've never been there, so my review is based on the conversation I had by telephone on 12.02.2024, but my BAD is given by the non-professionalism of a girl who, when asked if I could use a coupon for the 02.14.24 (obviously a lower price than their price list) they first replied that they had availability and secondly that they would not accept coupons on that date. Well so far everything is ok I hang up not convinced of this statement I decide to check the very detailed offer and I notice that there is no apostille that prohibits the 14th day so I call the reception and explain what I had read (so it could always be used regardless from special holidays) and the girl immediately says she has difficulty answering me, in fact she says look, we'll notify her and I reply well, do you buy it first and then notify me, how does it work? And she, not knowing what to say to me, expresses herself by telling me "I have people at the counter if you want I'll call you back"...obviously 0 phone calls received. Moral of the story, the cost of the spa via coupon didn't suit them, in fact I had to accept what was written in the price list

we spent a day I would say to forget, unfortunately the format of the structure as usual was not as we thought, as regards the cleanliness of the rooms always at the top of expectations but unfortunately the spa was too disappointing in a structure that looks at the spa to a high standard the cold pool was too disappointing, too many people inside the spa which at most can hold 6/8 people, we found ourselves in 15 without having a bed per person but we found ourselves with 4 people in 2 beds, the hydromassage tub I won't comment on what he was in it and beyond. Not a day of relaxation but a day to forget

Sono stata costretta a mettere una stella perché altrimenti non avrei potuto scrivere una recensione altrimenti non avrei segnato neanche quella. Mi è stato regalato un buono dalle mie colleghe dove avevo compreso un massaggio relax e un percorso spa, già per prendere appuntamento è stata un'odissea e forse da quello dovevo capire che dovevo lasciare perdere... Ma finalmente dopo 3 mesi riusciamo ad organizzarci. Premetto che sono una massaggiatrice quindi qualsiasi cosa venisse fatta era valutato doppiamente dato che mi occupo di quello... Arrivo e chiedo come normalmente sia uno slip monouso da mettere e mi dicono che posso lasciare direttamente il costume dato che dopo avrei fatto la spa... Va bene sorvoliamo questo... Il massaggio è stato svolto all'interno della spa coperta da un separé dove sentivo tutto quello che veniva detto in spa, l'olio veniva preso da un distributore a push che faceva un rumore assurdo e tra l'altro congelato, saltavo in aria ogni volta che mi veniva lanciato addosso, la massaggiatrice non mi ha mai coperto né chiesto all'inizio se avessi delle allergie o patologie... Il nulla! Avevo il buono per un relax e ha inventato un massaggio circolatorio con manovre che non stanno né in cielo né in terra... Non mi sono alzata subito dal lettino perché non volevo mortificarla ma, avrei dovuto farlo perché una che non sa cos'è il massaggio e il corpo umano va fermata perché potrebbe causare danni alle persone. Finalmente terminato questo incubo chiedo delle ciabattine per andare in spa e mi viene detto che il kit aveva un costo di 8€ in più... Avrebbero dovuto comunicarmelo inizialmente in reception non appena mi hanno accompagnato e non dopo o quanto meno comunicare di portarmele da casa! Che assurdità!!!!! Dico vabbè adesso entro in spa e magari mi rilasso... Ma quando mai! Appena giro per la spa noto che è tutto sporco e da lì decido di non voler rimanere un minuto di più in quella struttura e che mai più mi avrebbe rivisto! Comunico tutto in reception e anziché cercare un punto d'incontro, la ragazza risponde come se mi stessi inventando tutto . Di sicuro non sanno come trattare un cliente e come gestire queste cose Meglio che chiudono!

Mi sono ritrovato in quest'hotel per caso, attratto da una promozione fuori stagione. Non avevo particolari aspettative ma devo dire che il personale mi ha conquistato. Tutti i dipendenti regalano sorrisi, sono professionali e continuamente disponibili. Nonostante si trattasse di un pernottamento di una sola notte e in un periodo di scarsa fruibilità della struttura, si sono fatti trovare tutti pronti e al nostro servizio. La colazione era ottima e la SPA pulita e impeccabile. Merita davvero tanto, lo consiglierei a chiunque
